The reason I chose Navy, was due to the lack of availability when it comes to USAA. There were times I needed to deposit a check and the app was down, or deposit a check that exceeded my deposit limit and was stuck. In those cases, I needed a close branch, or trust the postal service to not lose a check that needed to be deposited. I'd rather not be in that position again.

There were 8 customers waiting and I was told it could be 20 minutes - 60 minutes or more until a notary would be available. I have never gotten this attitude at any other branch nor at Region's which is where I went to get my documents notarized. This branch is never cheerful let alone implying that they appreciate your business. You are - at best an inconvenience.

Although I am much younger and relatively inexperienced when it comes to investing compared to the rest of their clientele, i have never felt as though I was inferior or "talked down to" by anyone at First Funding. Not once did he ever cut short our conversations or dismiss me in a rude manner, although he certainly had every right to since it was I who was constantly taking up his valuable time. Instead, he as well as the other members of the company have always treated me with respect and have provided honest feedback and responses to my queries, which I wholeheartedly appreciate. I have also never felt though as though i was cheated or duped in any of the investments that I have participated in and have always been notified each month as soon as the checks were ready for pickup.
