Upon asking for answers her answer is I don't control the post office and i can teach you how to mail a document. We luckily for us we do know how to mail documents. And Of course you don't control the post office but you control your office and procedures done at your office. Obviously DOESN'T care. If you are Latino do not go to someone that takes advantage of their own race and not suffice knowledge in the business of Taxes. Instead of filing our paper work married she put us as single and different addresses. When we asked for further answers and a refund the owner became defensive. I write this review to encourage everyone to do your research, learn to do your taxes don't just trust someone. I'm upset but I also know when you do things incorrect and aren't a good individual you eventually pay for your actions. Time and the IRS will take care of her business and her. I questioned whether or not I should come back but I stayed as I needed this package to go out as soon as possible. The line ended up moving very quickly as even more customers arrived. All three registers were open and the employees were working speedily and diligently to help the customers as quickly as possible. As my turn came I was told my package may not arrive by Christmas as the deadline for that date had passed. However I learned that only two days later my package was received and all was well.
