All they had to do was read the signing page on the documents, which I wrote Jefferson CO on the location line. It took almost 3 weeks to straighten this mistake out. They gave me bad counsel when I asked what emergency conservatoire-ship is. All this cost me how much time? It doesn't matter, since my father passed 5 days before his court hearing. I also posted this review on Google. I believe it bears repeating here in Yelp…read more I worked with David DiGiacomo on and off since 2012. David, Leeanne, Nicole and everyone else I have communicated with at their office is kind, encouraging, understanding and supportive. When I was initially looking for a lawyer David was not the first law firm I called. However, he took time with me to fully understand my circumstances and explain exactly how the process would work. I was so relieved to find a lawyer that seemed to genuinely understand and care about my legal challenges. Plus, practicing law for around 30 years is a respectable accomplishment. David faced some difficult circumstances while working on my legal issues. He had to battle against uncooperative, dishonest and hostile behavior from the opposition. Because he has a policy of including his clients on all email communications with opposing counsel, I am able to confirm David always maintained a professional and pragmatic demeanor despite the opposition's bad behavior. Additionally, the legal issues he worked on with me were so stressful and overwhelming that sometimes I became paralyzed with fear and anxiety. David was considerate and patient about this. He was successful in pulling me out of that paralysis and giving me confidence to keep moving forward. I felt safe and empowered with David as we worked together. David is excellent at always providing the big picture. He explained the different legal paths we could take, the nuances of what each option entailed and the different possible outcomes. I felt equipped to make good decisions about the direction we took concerning my legal goals. David is dependable and always keeps his word. When he says he will do something, you can count on it.  I chose to settle with my opposition rather that drag it out over many more years. Settling means compromise and compromise means each party must acquiesce to a certain extent. I believe David procured the best outcomes possible for me based on all circumstances. Over time I learned some of the positive ways David has contributed to the community as a volunteer over the last few decades. David and his wife Leeanne are genuinely good people to the core.  In summary, David and staff are wonderful. 5 years working with David proved I can truly trust his advice. I could not have navigated the emotional and physical complexities of my circumstances without David and his staff. I am very satisfied with the final results of my legal issues. I  wholeheartedly recommend David DiGiacomo to anyone needing legal help.

After a February 2023 vehicle collision left my wife seeking compensation from the negligent driver, their team provided outstanding support and guidance throughout the entire process. Their expertise and dedication to our case was apparent from the onset, making the process much less stressful and holding the other side accountable for their actions (the other driver tried to flee the scene but was ultimately caught). Big insurance companies prey on unrepresented victims, so it was important that we also have aggressive legal representation. JBP truly stands out as the best law firm in the area for personal injury claims. We extend our sincere thanks to attorney Matt Crowther and JBP Legal, as we received the compensation we deserved (both from the property damage and the personal injury claims), and my wife is on her way to recovery. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate personal injury lawyer, look no further than Matt Crowther and JBP Legal - we are forever grateful for their successful resolution of this matter.

The obvious respect Julie commanded in the courtroom was most likely due to the thorough, efficient work comprised by this intelligent duo. I'll risk and describe them also as streetwise, defined as having the shrewd awareness, experience, and resourcefulness needed for the job. During the main legal interactions with other legal personnel, I felt completely confident that Julie would have the answer to any question and the proof needed in her files, and it was obvious the trustees knew this also. Maybe this is an anomaly and happened only to me? I never knew them before I found them through a Google search for Boulder bankruptcy attorneys. I was throwing up some foxhole prayers, praying for an answer to my problem and a stress-free way to deal. If I believed in miracles... To me, it is even more important to tell you how genuine, honest and full of integrity both Julie and Krista are. By the end of this bare-your-soul process I trusted them completely. Julie and Krista worked with high standards without compromise, while maintaining compassion, understanding and unbiased support the entire time. When you work with this team, and I mean a complete team, nothing is missing, you never feel alone in the process; they are experiencing it with you. You never feel like one of many. You have their complete attention the whole time. This makes it easy. When Cyndy took over, she inherited a mess. I had already entered into an onerous stipulation that dictated the course of my case for the next several months. Cyndy kept my focus on the long term and set out a path for me to accomplish my ultimate goal of having as much time with my kids as possible. Cyndy achieved our goals because she excels at strategic thinking, client management, and litigation. Cyndy's advice to me continually mirrored what the judge ultimately decided, even matching the judge's words at times. While I was initially reticent to follow the path she laid out, she ultimately won me over through sound reasoning and persuasive arguments. She was better able to win me over because in an otherwise heartless, mechanical system, Cyndy actually cares. She took the time to listen to the details of my case and find out what was most important to me. We joke that Cyndy could also serve as a therapist, as she clearly loves the relational part of her job. If you have a high conflict, custodial case, you want Cyndy on your side. She thrives in the courtroom, specializing in litigation. She is calm, prepared, and experienced. The time she invests in clients reaps a detailed knowledge of each case. She possesses a thorough knowledge of the law and the acumen to know what is relevant going into a hearing. Her "therapeutic" people skills help her read the judge, allowing her to better tailor her arguments on the fly. The combination of legal knowledge, preparation, improvisation, and caring allows her clients to know that Cyndy is in command in the courtroom and that they will be well represented. Yet, one of my very favorite things about Cyndy is that she is fair and ethical. While Cyndy will always rigorously represent her clients, she does so within the bounds of decency and justice. Unlike some lawyers, she would never cross the line or compromise her morals. I have long since thought that Cyndy would make an excellent judge. While I would personally lose a terrific lawyer and advocate, the world would gain a judge with tremendous discernment and wisdom. I cannot recommend Cyndy highly enough. She is continually recognized by her peers as one of the top lawyers in the state and such honors are clearly merited. I owe Cyndy a tremendous debt of gratitude.
