During the separation proceedings she was heavy sided for matters to the other party and did not handle being neutral in the situation. She was partial to custody only for the mother and did not regard me as a primary parent. I felt that was unfair for a father trying to have equal custody. This is a new era and fathers are important in raising a child. We do not live in the old days of the mother being a primary parent. She is knowledgeable in her field of work but (separating/divorcing) fathers and men be careful of her bias.

I also had issue with right elbow and both knees surgery. I was looking at potentially loosing my right arm and did both knee surgery that was worse and more painful than total knee replacement. called ACI (not ACL). I also was scheduled for Arm Radial head replacement. I was a very physically fit guy in gym and surfer.. HUGE LOSS - AND was going through false sexual harassment accusations!. I ended up getting surgery, changing jobs, 1 year surgery recovery. multiple complications and re-surgeries like 8 times, girlfriend break up of 3 years. OMG - can you imagine!? Bernie is... Truly the best you can see. He seems ordinary and unobtrusive. He is a stealth master! He is capable of being a good listener, but he is much much more than that. He is a problem solver.
