They offer various massage styles including Swedish, Deep-tissue, Asian, Hot Stone and Foot massages. My favorite was the deep tissue, hot stone massage. The prices are excellent! typical spa's charge double if not triple the price for similar services. They also offer a 6-month or 12-month membership plan where you can get anything from a 1-hour 60 minute message for $45 a month with 10% discounts for additional massages. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about pressure points and various massage techniques. I tried everything, yoga, physical therapy, essential oils (which help), you name it I tried it. I just got used to the pain. Since I have been going here I am more flexible.
