One house reeked of mold, many of the houses looked like they would collapse at any point and they were letting people in them, I'd say it needs significant restoration efforts to be worth revisiting. Because some of those houses needed to be blocked off because the walls were like, separating. And I was very displeased with the interiors because they were quite boring and I feel like I drove multiple hours to see a museum about old rickety antique store chairs. The workers didn't have much information.

The story behind it is so inspiring, the trip up is bumpy but fun, and the actual statue is incredible. This is one of the largest statues in the US. Totally worth a visit.

He had an amazing knowledge of the caves and their history. We also enjoyed the gift shop and the restaurant after. We were starving from our cave exploration so the Bison burger hit just right!! Yum! We both expressed that we think our kids would also love the caves!! This is a gorgeous hour drive from Bozeman that I also thoroughly enjoyed.

They do not sell tickets at the site, and most tours are sold out by the date of the tours. There are two tours, both requiring a mile of walking round-trip to the cave entrance and back. The gravel road is wide and flat, and I do not understand why they don't have a shuttle, since the groups are fairly small. Also, we arrived early, but they refused to let us go on an earlier tour, even though there were several no-shows. So, we had to sit around for an extra hour, for no reason. They have a nice little visitor center with a good video, which our guide basically repeated on the tour. There is also a cafe and ample parking. We took the easier Paradise tour. From the cave entrance, we walked an additional 300 yards round-trip to the first of the two rooms on the tour. They say the other tour has a few additional, small rooms, and requires climbing up and down hundreds of steps, and squeezing through tight, slippery pathways. On our tour, the first room was small, but nice. The second room is the largest on either tour, and was quite beautiful. Even so, it was a lot of driving and walking for a couple of rooms. I've been to several, much more extensive caverns. I wouldn't put this at the top of my to do list in Montana, but the main cavern room is beautiful and the park is very scenic.

we just went as a family of 5 to the rodeo, terrible experience. The tickets were oversold for the…read morevenue capacity, not even enough seats for half the crowd. we had to wait 30min for the over crowded shuttle bus to take us from the parking lot up the hill to the rodeo. The crowd was rude and drunk. It felt like an overpriced cash grab to rip off tourists, don't go as a family.
