We asked to get a lower rate with a different insurance company or a less expensive plan and did not get any help with it. After FIVE months of no action, we decided the cancel our insurance with Duane Weber. We emailed to cancel on 8/13/2019. Dylan has stopped communicating with us, besides the usual email saying he will look into it, even though he does not.
