Companies like this are why wedding planning can be so stressful for couples. Due to unprofessionalism and an extreme lack of communication, we were very disappointed. We never received said refund, even after reaching out about it numerous times after our wedding. Just sad. Hopefully they can turn things around, as other reviews seem to be positive.
