My wife got the coconut shrimp taco (loved it) and my daughter a general Tso's quesadilla which she found to be too spicy, but I thought was pretty good. If I lived in the area I'd definitely return to eat again.

I did order $30 worth of food for a few people so I understand how It can get a little confusing. However, while placing my order I was rushed. They were just trying to get me out of the drive thru rather than making sure I was done and got everything I needed. While paying, I was told "you don't get a receipt because I ran out of receipt paper". No, I need a receipt as I am paying for multiple people and need to be able to get the money accordingly from them. She says okay ask the next window for It. Sure. Fine. Get to the second window, get our two Sweet Teas with NO ICE. I love a warm iced tea. I then ask for my receipt. They say It will be taped to the bag. We get asked to pull up to wait for our food. Charles, the manager, comes to the car "here you go" no smile, no anything. Where's the receipt? Not taped on the bag. I go inside, ask for the receipt again and Charles argues with me that it's taped on the bag. I went through the drive thru for a reason, so I didn't have to go inside so I'm definitely not lying. He gives an attitude and hands me the receipt. When I get home, my order is messed up. I paid for things I didn't receive. (Sometimes twice a day) Sadly, halfway through our recent week, nobody wanted it anymore. Their product tastes the same, but portions have gotten small. Prices went up, and I don't mind that, but don't skimp on what you serve. It's just disappointing. There's even one server at this location that is really stingy. You barely get a swirl and a half on top of your cone. Ironically, I got a picture of him chowing down on a cone in the back! Last year, the regular size was satisfying and the large was a monster that you had fun finishing with your kids. This year, the regular cone is significantly smaller than prior years and large was similar to the regular. We switched to Summer Sweets in Lavallette for our daily fix and were much happier. Great flavors of ice cream, nice portions and it's actually cheaper than Kohr's.

Since we had a little time, we decided to stop at Walmart first to grab a few things before picking up the order. When we finally arrived, we let them know we were there to pick up. The two girls at the register looked at me and my friend like they had no idea where our order was. After I showed them the order confirmation, they suddenly realized and said, "Oh, it's the big order." Then, instead of resolving it right away, they told us that someone else had already taken our order because they gave it to the wrong person. What really frustrated me was their reaction; they just stood there looking at us like, "Okay... what do you want us to do?" Eventually, they asked if we wanted them to remake it. Of course I said yes, we had already paid for it. We ended up waiting even longer while they remade the entire order, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead. What's worse is that they never called or gave us any kind of heads-up about the mistake. If they knew the order had been given away, why not contact us right away? That way, we would have known when to come, or at least they could have started remaking it immediately. On top of all that, we were not compensated in any way; no apology beyond the bare minimum, no discount, nothing for the inconvenience and extra time we had to wait due to their mistake. It just doesn't make sense that they waited until we showed up, confused and looking for our food, before deciding to fix their mistake. The lack of communication, urgency, and accountability made an already frustrating situation even worse.

A few minutes later the food came out, and let me tell you - I was blown away by the flavor and quality. Perfect maillard reaction on the burger (which I believe is of the "smashed" variety), excellently caramelized onions and mushrooms, as well as a decent cheese. EASILY the best fast food burger I've had in the past decade. If I had to compare the flavor, I'd say it's as if Five Guys and Smashburger collaborated to make something actually decent.
