The person sent a text message with the thin plastic wrapper off of his Saturn Missiles a little bit, which rattle when you shake them. This is how they come from China. The missiles shoot out of the square box (why they are not affixed securely), with the wrapper that you take off prior to shooting. Their product was not damaged one bit. I explained that is how they come and the plastic wrapper is just to hold the missiles in the holes and the product was perfectly fine to use. I then asked them to send images of anything else they received that may have been damaged so I could replace it. This person never sent any other messages and never answered back.
