While doing a routine job for a client of ours we managed to blow up,a can of black spray paint on a tan brick wall on a very expensive house about to go to market. Needless to say the client and realtor were not impressed. Needed to rectify our mistake and keep an important client happy we tried diligently to clean the wall with chemicals from the local hardware story and elbow grease. While a honest attempt results were mediocre. At 1030 AM on a Saturday I started panic calling whoever I could find on the web. Don't do residential, too small a job, don't work weekends, maybe next Thursday we're the typical responses. Luckily got through to Urban Power Washers and got the owner who was already personally on a job. She and her team arrived at noon as promised. An hour later the damage was fixed , client was happy and I was relieved.
