Location: Family Paralegal Services Date: April 13, 2026…read moreService: Probate Court Last year around the fall I started this journey to file paperwork for my child that was becoming of age and I require this paperwork to continue taking care of them. I went online I did research reviews and searched for services within my local area. I truly appreciate paralegal staff Lisa and the team and communicating with the clients the same day which rarely happens. Lisa went over with me at the appointment everything step by step made everything clear and precise I understood what I had to do if a documents had to be submitted by the doctor by myself it's a lot to process mentally and physically. Overall it's done Court is completed paperwork is completed overall I had a outstanding customer service experience at family paralegal services. I highly recommend you check them out when the time is needed.

When we needed legal paperwork done we didn't know where to go. We were given Kari's info and made…read morean appointment. She was located in the back of another business which we thought odd but when we sat with her, discussing what we needed, what she'd need to do and we decided to move forward, she then told us the cost. We we're like wait, what?! How could she possibly charge so little?! She told us because she's in the back of another business her overhead was low enabling her to pass along the savings to us and charge less! We got past the location real fast lol. Kari is very personable, friendly and very knowledgeable. She processed our paperwork quickly and everything was legal in about 2wks, start to finish. It's been 2yrs and she has handled many different legal issues and documents for us with all the precision of any attorney. I say this often but it's so true in almost every situation but you get what you pay for and for me, I get the very best every single time Kari has done work for me. Now, with this all said, someone might think I want a real attorney with a real office not someone in the back of another business. Well, I say you go right ahead and pay for all that overhead. For me if I can get the same thing accomplished for probably a fraction of the price, I'm going to keep that money I didn't spend on a fancy location in MY pocket and not someone else's. Kari is the real deal and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Rude female gave me unprofessional, rude answers when I tried to question date of completion. She claimed she could not locate my file or my personal check payment. I wanted to go to the office and collect my paperwork and check. I was told "how about tomorrow." Then she responds, "didn't I just tell you I can't find your file." I immediately put a stop payment on my check and to this date still have not received my cancelled check. Apparently, Omar attempted to deposited my $375.00 check prior to any service rendered.
