I ordered a bouquet of spring mix flowers for my wife for our anniversary. Michelle, (I hope I…read morespelled that right) arranged the flowers. They're magnificent and worth every penny. April took my order and was over the top enthusiastic and genuine. I arrived to pick up the flowers and met Traci the owner who was equally amazing. I was treated like royalty by these wonderful ladies. They have a wonderful selection of flowers and gifts for almost anyone. Oddly enough I locked my keys in my truck and had to hang out with them till my wife arrived which ruined the surprise. What a great experience though. I'll make Traci's my go to florist. Thanks y'all and God bless you all.

It's Sunday afternoon and I have gotten zero acknowledgement... not "I'm sorry you had a bad experience," not "Here's what we can do to fix it." So now in addition to being unhappy with the quality of the flowers, I'm also unhappy with the lack of customer service. "I paid $350 for a casket spray. The funeral was yesterday, and by the time the viewing started, some of the roses already had already started to brown around the edges. If someone had just taken the time to peel them away I would have never been aware of it but honestly those are the kind of flowers they usually put on discount at the local grocery store, because they're not fresh. Today when I went to pick the flowers up, all of the hydrangeas were limp and lifeless. There was another arrangement from a different florist that had hydrangeas and they added a little plastic spike with a water reservoir in it and those hydrangeas look great today. The funeral was for xxxx xxxxxxxxx at Marshall Memorial Funeral Home. Please let me know how we can rectify this, this is my first experience with your business, and it was not a good one. I chose you because the funeral home recommended you, even said that many times you stop by to inspect the flowers yourself, and they warned me that another local florist usually delivered flowers like the ones I received."
