Very nice scenery worth the trip, excellent preservation of some ancient houses. Just park on the roadside and use the steps to climb over the fence and it's right over the hill. read more

Visually stunning. Took the bus from city centre for 11 bus stops and we were at a little beach park. The swords are very striking. You can climb the rocks and access it very easily. Lots of park benches and a snack/ice cream kiosk in the parking lot.

There is some renovation being done at the front of the church. The inside was not open the two days we were in Stavanger. It was closed for a concert that was to be performed. It is a historical landmark not to be missed when taking a trip to Stavanger.

Plenty of interesting stuff for Viking fans or metal heads to browse. Great little shop for tourists specifically and the owner was so friendly and helpful.
