Save your money and either settle or represent yourself in court. Mr. Jensen is not a good advocate for his clients (at least this was my experience). Of course you don't know what will happen when you go to court, but Mr. Jensen did not try to settle or make an offer in my case. I don't think he even looked at any of the documents until the day of the court, and he was in a "pre trial meeting" with the judge and plaintiff's attorney for over 2 hours on the day of the trial. In my case i wound up paying more than if I had just paid what the plaintiff was asking. I had to pay attorney fees and court costs in addition to attorney Jensen's fee. I was looking for a fair price and I told attorney Jensen upfront...on the day I hired him that if it was in my best interest to pay what they were asking I would as I would not be able to afford any additional costs. He assured me that I should "absolutely NOT do that". Silly me...I fell for it and wound up on the hook for an additional $1500.00. Wow--what a great experience. Make no mistake...this is not about winning and losing...this is about not doing anything to represent your client. I know it is petty, but if I could give zero stars I certainly would. :( read more
