If there are any issues, they listen to feedback and address the issues timely. RR replaced my entire roof last spring and when the rain started coming down this fall, we pointed out gaps in the gutter placement that would become real issues come winter. The came over immediately and installed a small length of gutter to address the issue. We couldn't be more pleased with the final product.
