At the time of purchase, I was not being told that the batteries were not available. They were not available for months. Finally they came back in and ofc I had to buy one so I could use the Dart Pods that were sitting at home unusable. Long story short , I brought the battery back to have it exchanged and was being told... MUV doesn't carry that product anymore. I was able to get a credit after being told how lucky I was to even get it and then the credit had to be used up in one go, because their computer system does not allow a credit being issued in increments? The attitude of the manager at this location was not professional. There was no, I am sorry, but a "be lucky that I issued you a credit". Take your business elsewhere. There a more dispensaries... after all this is a business and the practices as well as the attitude of the manager is questionable.
