I am the consumer of a video presentation and so all I cover here is my reaction to what has been presented. The broker has so few listings... I don't know what to make of that. (explanation is given below). There's no mention of living in LaJolla. Broker gives the impression that she lives in SanDiego. Much of having a good life is about the money coming in every month. If you bought a long time ago your monthly cost of housing is less. Maybe the Mortgage is satisfied, taxes are less, kids are gone. The view she points to seems slightly unattractive unless you really like to look at the roofs of other families. Hey, trying to make a living is tricky. In this situation she needs to do a rah rah for people leaving AND the people thinking of coming. Rough business. Finally! You are going to see at least ONE 'less than FIVE STARS'. Perhaps the perception will be better for your business overall. Perception is reality. Seems like a pretty amazing woman. Happy Customers since July 2017 We actually found Jennifer by chance on Zillow, and only because she was the the listed agent to contact for a property that we were interested in. We are so lucky to have found her! From the first phone call, she was very informative and willing to go find out information for us, even though we told her that we were not serious buyers yet.
