As of this moment, it's been almost 30 days and I am still waiting for them to send the proper documentation to the insurance company. In addition, the quality of care was unacceptable. I waited more than 30 minutes in the exam room before having to go to the front desk to see what the delay was. No one ever checked on me. After inquiring, somehow the doctor was suddenly available. The front desk person also said it was weird in that he did not have a patient before me. I cannot stress enough how terrible this practice is.

Whoever is in charge of the front office staff and administration needs to fix this. People who need to see these physicians are getting blocked due to what appears to be incompetence.
