Michele and Darren kept us updated on the progress and were excellent at communication. They helped us negotiate with the builder when we had some questions and some unexpected issues. We are very happy with their work ethic and everything they did to help us through the process even though we were long distance in So. Cal. Now that we are settling into our new home we want to compliment Michele and Darren on their excellent service. Thank you both. Terri & Byron Means

We highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!

If you are looking for a house or piece of land in the area and you see her name as the sellers agent...run....run away fast. I asked a few people in Paradise about her and none of them had anything good/nice to say. That is never a good sign. I guess she was great before the fire, but now she is just evil, horrible, and deceiving. Like I said, she plays games during the process and should not be trusted. She did a fantastic job for us as we made our way through the realty journey in Redding. Ultimately, we chose to focus in Trinity county. Even though she can work there she acknowledged she's not as familiar there and thought it in our BEST INTERESTS to have a more local realtor to that area. So, she researched, called and lined up a fantastic local realtor out there. Monet takes her fiduciary responsibility seriously to her clients. She is pleasant and prompt. From day one Megan Galantine was accessible, thorough, and a complete pleasure to work with. After the closing she was meeting me at the property to give me the keys. It is out in the country and my truck broke down on the way. I had no cell service in the area. She not only waited at the property for nearly an hour for me to show, but once I was able to call her from this little country store, she drove to where I was and insisted on waiting with me until help arrived. She even drove to where the cell service was better, found a tow service, called them, and then drove back to wait with me. Who does stuff like that these days? Thanks, Megan.

I did my Due Diligence and checked on phone, power, road easements , zoning and building permits. This took some time but I stayed in contact with Ben by both phone & email. He assured me that he would contact me if there was any purchase activity on the property. I was prepared to pay the $200,000 purchase price. Then when I checked on the property's status, I found that he had sold the property for $160,000 (to a friend, I think). This was a blatant injustice to both the Seller and the Purchaser. If you are buying or selling, I would encourage you to find a reputable agent (if one is to be found).
