She has helped me through many difficulties in my life. She is truly my Angel, reminding me of my strength and guiding me through some very difficult life situations. I wanted to start off by saying that Jenna is a miracle worker! I found her and the services she provides while I was studying for the July 2021 CA bar exam. Very important to note, I've never been good at standardized test and this one actually has been quite difficult on my mental and physical health. This time around, I wanted to be less stressed and anxious, and instead more focused. I thought studying was going to be harder with a full-time job, But luckily I found Jenna and saw how experience she was as a hypnotherapist -particularly with patients dealing with stress and anxiety. We had a consultation on a phone call and I could immediately tell that I liked her energy. She addressed any and all questions I had and explained our sessions would be on a FaceTime call and what I could expect from the hypnosis. She made it clear throughout her sessions that the Hypnosis was going to be tailored specifically for me and my situation, she would even provide me with a recording of the sessions so that I can practice on my own daily. What I really liked about my sessions with Jenna was how caring she was outside of our sessions. She would check on me throughout the weeks when we were not scheduled. I was able to feel her genuine and caring soul through her sessions and even after the following days of my exam. Most importantly, she helped make me feel supported and I was able to pass the bar exam with her help. Jenna is a light worker and im eternally grateful for her. read more

Everyone else has pretty much already said it, but Jenna is the BEST therapist I have ever had. Until now, I've mostly been going to in-network traditional MFTs, PsyDs, or psychiatrists. Even the ones with the most "impressive" paper credentials don't have a hundredth of Jenna's talent for listening, interpreting, and helping you actually articulate and understand yourself. For those leery or skeptical of hypnosis or non-traditional mental health, all I have to say is that you will be delightedly surprised like I was. read more

Jenna is an amazing lady, I went into my first sitting with Jenna a bit new to energy healing and she took her time with me and was incredibly supportive in teaching me some tools to help clear a fog that had developed in body and mind. The processes we took were step by step and thoroughly explained to me. On top of that I agreed to let her record the sitting and I now have it to help me repeat the process until I get familiar enough to repeat it on my own. I highly recommend Jenna as a Teacher and Healer , her gentle nature and expert knowledge of her field has drawn me to want to explore more of what she offers and will be returning to her. read more

For those of you who are seeking therapy/stress management but for whatever reason are turned off by traditional therapists/psychotherapists, Jenna is your gal. I managed to navigate 25+ years of life without ever stepping foot in a therapist's office, but when I hit my last birthday I felt it might be time to test the waters of therapy in order to maintain my mental well-being and to develop a relationship with one particular therapist in case there ever came a time in life when I really did need one. I tested out a few and they all left a bad taste in my mouth. I started thinking that perhaps someone a bit more holistic or alternative might be a better idea, and so Yelp led me to Jenna. I could not be more grateful. Jenna has a warm and inviting energy and she has the rare gift of knowing EXACTLY what to say and do in order to really get through to me. I always feel completely comfortable and at ease with her, and I leave after each session feeling refreshed and revitalized. Jenna is absolutely wonderful -- two thumbs up! read more

I came across Jenna in my search for a holistic counselor and also someone that could help with depression. She made a remarkable difference in my friend who was suffering from long-term depression and was opposed to medications. This was key in getting them help since they could immediately see the difference in how they felt after just one session. Jenna is a wonderful, compassionate soul that is so accepting and non-judgmental. She really creates a completely safe environment in which to be healed. I leave there not only feeling physically and mentally better, but also more focused. Her skill combination is truly unique and she is so easy, open and friendly to talk with. I really can't recommend her enough. read more

Jenna helped me get back in touch with the inner voice that had been blocked because of so many external changes and challenges. Initially I went to her because of her experience with Healing Touch, which I had done before and liked. However, I found her gentle, kind and playful use of hypnotherapy and guided visualization to be even more enjoyable and helpful. She has a wonderful spirit and I am so grateful that she was there for me when I needed it. read more

Jenna has a sensitivity and intuitiveness that makes her a very powerful healer. She has worked with me, as well as a friend I brought to her, who suffered from severe high blood pressure. Within 1.5 hours, his heart rate and blood pressure was back to normal and he was glowing, like a whole new person! If that's not immediate results - I don't know what is! read more

Jenna has such a calm, healing aura about her and I always leave my sessions with her feeling like everything will be just fine. I was surprised by how comfortable the experience was, and interesting too. I always had a clear idea of where the session was going and what to expect. I left Jenna's office GLOWING. She has had a major impact on helping me to get past my own mental walls and to a place now where I feel I am able to reflect on myself more honestly and respect my process of change more fluidly. read more

Although I'd believed in the power of hypnotherapy before I went to Jenna, I still doubted it would work for me because of a deeply-rooted, life long fear (still there at age 48). It took about 7-8 sessions (spread out over a year or two) before I noticed an obvious change, but after one particular session it was like phobia - and all the many things associated with it - just vanished. I'm still in shock that I'm completely over it, but I really am (and I'm confronted with it all the time). I finally feel "normal" about it. Jenna's work guides you to uncover the deepest roots of your symptom as opposed to only focusing on the symptom itself. Her tapes can be used again and again, and she's great at customizing them to fit your specific needs and situation. She's also very friendly and warm. I can't recommend her enough. She literally changed my life! read more

It is mysterious to me exactly what Jenna and I are doing. But the benefits are real and like nothing else. I see our energy work together as a sort of talk therapy which is not just about my "story" but more about letting go of the thread of pain that hides within us all, and connecting with peace and inner focus in a deep way. On the surface the work is easy and pleasant and fun with deep breathing and guided mediation. With Jenna the journey is something new and special. I think for someone who has not tried energy healing this is a happy way to move in healthy directions: release pain, strengthen positive energy , and move aggressively towards goals. Jenna is a guide I completely trust. read more
