I find this unacceptable - and have complained numerous times, with no changes. That brings me to this new place and new doctor. Dr. Chen. I researched a new doctor, found Dr. Chen, found this location. Bascially, I picked it because it is close to my house and Dr. Chen has Monday and Friday hours. She also has hours at another location in Oak Lawn. The building is pretty new. I got to my appt 15 minutes early, filled out my paperwork and was prepared to wait and wait and wait. Well, I was called within 5 minutes and met with 3 people. The lady that took my medical history, the nurse practicioner and then Dr. Chen. All 3 were really great and had good bedside manner. Dr. Chen was patient, listened, didn't rush me, asked lots of questions and was just really cool. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new doctor. Very happy!!!

I am really stunned and somewhat infuriated that some reviewers are giving Dr. Albert a low review based on his office staff! Very unfair to this dedicated, warm and talented doctor. If I were in a true "Gastro emergency" I know that Dr. Albert would be there for me. THAT'S MY TOP PRIORITY. Selfishly, I am reluctant to give too good a review here because I want Dr. Albert all to myself. However, due to his kindness and personal interest in my IBD treatment I feel I owe it to him for other perspective patients to know what a truly wonderful man he is. If you are searching for a perfectly run office staff... perhaps this is not the gastroenterologist for you. I want the best DOCTOR I can find. And that is why I see Dr. Albert.

Dr. Levrant and the whole team at Partners in Reproductive Health were absolutely amazing to work…read morewith. They gave us hope during a time when most hope was lost. They made the journey to having our now 15-month old daughter a smooth one. Dr. Levrant was very honest with me and my husband regarding the process and potential outcomes. There was no sugar-coating, which I greatly appreciated. In all, he was very confident and made sure that I was fit and ready to move forward with each step. For example, there was one time, when my body wasn't ready for one of the procedures. Dr. Levrant informed me that I would have to wait a few weeks. Though I was frustrated with the delay, I was grateful that he didn't rush the process. He wanted to make sure that everything went smoothly. And it did! The nurses and staff made a challenging reality bearable and doable. I actually loved visiting the office just to say hello and give them updates! We will definitely be back when we're ready for baby #2! I cannot recommend Dr. Levrant enough. Thank you for helping us bring our baby into the world.

Dr. Lenet is great. He is really thorough and is easy to talk to. He was recommended to me by a…read morenurse who used to work for him, and he was every bit as good as she says. 1.) He's on time! Unheard of in the field of medicine as a whole, as far as I can ascertain. 2.) He speaks to you in understandable and honest terms. 3.) The regular physical is very thorough, and he runs a blood test as part of the normal diagnositic. 4.) He calls you HIMSELF the next morning with all the results from the blood test, so no waiting, no worrying, and you can ask any follow up questions about the results since the doctor is on the phone! 5.) Fit me in right away for a painful, panic-inducing bump, and got me an appointment with a great surgeon 1/2 an hour later to have said bump taken care of. 6.) Got my husband to a great cardiologist when he was having chest pains (which thankfully turned out not to be serious). I have nothing but nice things to say about him!

I am sorry to disagree with previous posters, but after having Dr Lenet as my PCP for over 10…read moreyears, I had to share my experience with him - and it was far from positive, especially towards the end. To be fair, I had few if any health problems for the great majority of those 10 years, and I never had a reason to doubt the quality of care that I was receiving or to question the Doctor's attitude. He actually did diagnose an appendicitis over the phone and thus helped me go to the nearest hospital without delay - kudos for that! However, things changed in the last three years of my relationship with him, when I had a series of very unfortunate events that landed me in hospital every so often. The more I saw of the Doctor, the less I liked and the more frustrated I felt; I felt like I wasn't listened to, that my needs were not being addressed, and that I was ridiculed for being too preoccupied with my health. I even had the Doctor snap at me over the phone once and raise his voice to me - hardly the medicine that he should have ordered. The last straw however were three misdiagnosed problems, which were as plain as the nose on my face. The first case, a classic passing of a kidney stone which he insisted it was not until a CT scan proved him wrong. The second case - I asked for years for help with pelvic floor pain and he literally laughed me off - but once I got the help I needed through another caring physician, the problem was resolved - and my life ceased to be the torture it had been for years. The last case - he said a weird growth was not pathological - but it ended up requiring two surgical procedures a short while after. Overall, I lost my trust in Dr Lenet completely and I would recommend against using him as a PCP if you value your health and quality of life.
