My hair is a level 2 (which is very dark) and it takes time to lift, so my expectations are usually not met. This time, however, I didn't lower my expectations at all, and Monica highly exceeded them. Monica had to first use a color remover to get all of the unwanted color out of my hair, and then proceeded to lighten it. She took her time and was friendly the whole way through. She even forewent having a real lunch to get it done. The salon space is extremely clean and neat. The products that she and Claudia use smell good and are of great quality! It should have been offered at gratis - so to pay for another service when I paid over $300 and put more chemicals in my hair I cancelled. Instead, she did the exact opposite and completely washed out my $320 worth of highlights. She kept apologizing but never offered to fix it or even discuss restoring my highlights.
