Dr. N is very good at neuromodulator injections, although it typically takes a few follow-up visits with her or one of her nurses to get my eyebrows corrected so they don't look unnatural. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the laser treatments. I have spent a significant amount of money on IPL, CoolPeel, and most recently BBL, and the results have been extremely disappointing. Other than temporary pinkness after treatment--which is an expected reaction--I have seen essentially no improvement in my age spots or broken capillaries. I was told BBL was the latest and greatest, and I actually waited for the practice to get the machine because I was hopeful this would finally produce better results. Somehow, the BBL was even more disappointing than the IPL and CoolPeel. After spending this much money on multiple treatments, I expected to see at least some visible improvement. Today I was scheduled for my third XERF treatment. (No one mentioned it would take more than one treatment to see any noticeable difference after a few weeks). Weeks ago, I was promised 30% off. However, the price has since been increased to the point that my treatment WITH the promised 30% discount would now cost more than I paid for either of my first two XERF treatments. I find that very disappointing. The final issue for me was being required to provide a copy of my driver's license, supposedly for insurance reasons. At my previous visit, I specifically discussed this and was told I could simply show my license. Now I'm being told I need to upload a copy. I have dealt with many medical practices over the years and have never been required to upload and allow a practice to retain a copy of my driver's license. Maybe I'm overly cautious, but with identity theft and data breaches being so common, I am not comfortable having yet another copy of a document containing my personal identifying information stored somewhere--particularly when I don't understand why simply verifying my identity by looking at my license is no longer sufficient. After being an ongoing patient here for several years and spending a considerable amount of money with this practice, I'm extremely disappointed that my experience has reached this point. Long-standing patients should feel valued, listened to, and treated with consistency--not faced with changing prices, disappointing results, and new requirements that contradict what they were previously told. This simply isn't how you treat patients who have continued to support your practice year after year, particularly in an area where there are so many other practices offering the same cosmetic services and competing for patients' business.

Their spa bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever been in. We chatted it up and she educated me on my skin and what I can do to prevent future skin problems. I was left with bruising like skin, bleeding & several blood vessels broken, SEVERE burning sensation. Thankfully I didn't buy any additional packages otherwise I would be charging back from that too. This service was done on April 21st at around 12pm. I've attached pictures below with timestamps of what my skin looks like after the terrifying micro needling experience. As you can see clearly all around my lip, blood vessels were broken and the blood spots all over my face. 9 days after the initial service: I was able to recover and fix the damage with help of other estheticians from other spas. Now I am left with a dark patch as you can see in my last photo dated April 30 which now needs additional treatment to correct. Ive had micro needling done at other places and also inquired other estheticians after this experience, they have all said this is unacceptable and will require further treatment to fix this damage. This spa also claims that it is NORMAL, when as other estheticians said it is not and far beyond normal. Redness is normal after micro needling, but not to the extent of broken blood vessels AND bleeding. Please please please be aware, don't be swayed, looking out for future girls who want to improve their skin and not to be damaged.
