Since we got a non-vegetarian option made vegetarian, she asked us if we wanted eggplant instead and included that at no charge. The sandwich was amazing and fair priced. It turned out to be one of the best meals we had in Denmark. The staff was super friendly, and the owner and chef were both around to talk to. They even had a few small toys and some drawing materials for our four year old to stay occupied. My salmon appetizer was delicious, and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the fresh shrimp. She finished with a fish dish that left her quite impressed. And my entrée was a pork belly that left me wanting to lick the plate clean. If you are in Vejle and have the time for a nice sit-down meal, this is absolutely my first choice of where to eat. I hope they thrive.
