I expressed the need to get back to my vehicle as soon as I was done at work for the day. the wrecker driver assured me I would be picked up and taken to a motel by the joy you place my car was. the driver even made a deal with state police if they took me to my first destination then the wrecker would make sure I was picked up and taken to motel for the night. so I call and get the owner explained what was told and told to contact him let him know where I was and his tone changed said NONO WE DONT GIVE RIDES! We are not a taxi! I understood this and explained situation and that I needed to get my belongings rent a car and go to Texas his reply well sorry good luck to you hope it works out! so this owner is getting paid thousands by insurance and he does not stand on the word of his employees! i am stranded in a town with. O rentals I have no family no way to get to where my vehicle is was assured by this owners employees who assured the state police I would be picked up and taken to my vehicle and a motel did not happen and I am still trying to get to this place somewhere in Arkansas!!! what would u do? They immediately checked it out and found the issue. They found us tires in the area and then went to get them immediately for us. They went above and beyond to help us out and make sure we were safe. Cannot say enough nice things about these men and the business. What a day and awesome strangers. I had a blow out on I-40 in the middle of nowhere Northeast…read moreArkansas. First tow truck wrecked on the way from Memphis to bail me out. Second truck broke down. Third truck got caught at a major wreck. So, three and a half hours later Jerry with triple J came to my rescue and towed me to the next small town that was about 20 minutes away. The tire shop that was open didn't have my size tire. So 7:30 pm and out of options. Jerry called his buddy back at the first town we broke down. He had the tires and had been off and home for two hours. He met us back at the shop another 30 minutes away. Jerry didn't charge me more money for the hassle and I got the tire and back on the road six hours later. Small town people are awesome. Jerry said, we broke down in the Bermuda Triangle of Arkansas. Much thanks to these awesome guys tonight.
