My 24 year old son driving across country (coming back home from school, West Virginia to San Diego. Car just got a new engine, new tires, oil change, all work done at a certified Subaru dealership. He calls me, super upset, scared, & beyond clueless... I googled shops & found this shop, I call ask if he'll take a look at it for us. Come to find out car was put together wrong, wrong clamps, wrong hoses, wrong bolts & now a broken hose from being put in wrong, steering was cutting hose & all tranny fluid gone. Jeff was amazing!! We were driving from Southaven, MS to the Little Rock airport and stopped at the gas stop in Brinkley,AR and our car died. Our road side assistance sent us someone and he told us it's not your battery must be the starter and was nothing he could do. My husband googled for a local shop and Jeff jumped in his truck came up to the gas station took a look and got us started...we drove to his shop and he got us a new battery changed and on our way. Traveled from TX to IL for Christmas when our front wheel bearing went out in our vehicle. We googled repair shops close to us in AR and Jeff's Repair was the first to pop up. We called and told him we needed someone to look at our Jeep ASAP because we are traveling. He looked at our Jeep right away and immediately began working on the issue. He and another worker stayed past 5 to fix the problem. We have two kids, 2 and an infant and we stayed in the shop while he fixed the vehicle. They were friendly and kind. We were able to continue on our trip the same night, with only a few hour delay. We also feel he didn't overcharge us just because we were vulnerable.
