I downloaded yelp just to leave this good review guy was amazing younger white man in his 20s came to get us outta of a ditch on i40 we hydroplane going 70 in a hellcat didn't have much hope in the car driving home thinking the the coolers on the bottom of the car were gone bumper flew off exhaust hanging. But he said "I'm gonna help yall out" let 3 of us hop in the tow truck with him took us to his shop unloaded the car and he started checking out the car making sure it was fine not over heating. After he helped us throw the bumper back on he cut the exhaust from one side so it wouldn't hang low and hit gave us water Cokes let us use his bathroom since my buddy wasn't feeling to while that day! Keep in mind all this is at 1:30 am + I believe we left the shop to head back home around 2:30am in the car we hydroplane going 70mph great business and the guy who helped us needs a rise ASAP!! GREAT BUSINESS & GREAT PRICES he only charged us for the towing fee all the work he did to help us get the car back on the road was for free we had a 2h drive back home glad we made it! Im thankful for this company in my time of need ; 12/20/24 me and my family had ran out of gas on the I40 a few miles dwn frm the rest stop goin into forrest city. The state trooper call this company to tow us off the road to the rest stop and the wrecker attendant tld me it would b 40$ for the tow and i didnt have it GOD touched his heart to bless me to pay the 40$ for me in return i leave a review... and im keeping my promise ; thank u Cameron for blessing me on that day my family thanks u and i hope u hve many blessings in return.. merry Christmas to u.. read more

My husband was in an accident on I40 which seemed staged to begin with. A fed ex truck collided with his hot shot and jackknifed him after doing so the rude officers on the scene called this tow service which charged $600 towing. The Guy gives off a friendly persona but really is a crook. When I'm route to pick up our 40ft trailer from the hotshot we were told that were obligated to pay half of the towing charges in advance when it's obvious our insurance is covering that. They're crooks and that area is racist as it gets. I noticed they were extremely friendly with other whites but very stand-offish with African Americans! I highly recommend NOT to waste your time or money. read more

I was stuck on side of the road in a big truck. I had a hole in a air tank. After the First wrecker break down called realized how hard the call was the refused it. Not these guys! came quickly and despite what seemed like a impossible situation to get brakes to release they figured it out and got me to the shop. They where the nicest guys you would ever meet. If you have issues on I40 between west Memphis and Little Rock call them first. THANKS read more

We called this company to get a price on getting our car towed to our home and the man that answered the phone was very rude to begin with and he was talking as if we could not afford to get the car towed and rushing us off the phone!
