Grounds Pro sent a crew out to inspect the system (we have a well for our sprinkler system) and "educate us" on the system. The gentlemen who are the face of Grounds Pro could not be nicer, patient or more knowledgeable. The crew just left this morning after getting our system up and running for the '23 season after being winterized (they do that too). At the end of last season we were having problems with a zone that was "pulsing". They promised to address at reopening, which they did. These workers spend a couple of hours working on getting our pump primed and checking all zones. They did not leave until everything was is perfect working order!!! I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Also the lady that answers the office phones is the sweetest. ** If you have a sprinkler system and want a reliable company taking care of you, call Grounds Pro, they will treat you like family.

Although an estimate was received promptly, that was the only thing prompt. Work was sub-par, with inadequate fill and reseeding efforts completed. In addition, sub-contractors were used for the yard improvements (installation of gravel pad surrounded by wooden (6x6) border with little over site of the quality of their work. Work was delayed many many times over the promised delivery completion dates and took many many months to complete. Eventually the work was complete but I would not hire this company again.

Bob, the owner, came out within a day and gave me a consult followed by a bid that turned out to be SUBSTANTIALLY lower than four others by far. I was concerned that if I went with Alpha Advantage I may be disappointed. However--just the opposite-- I was extremely impressed!! His crew arrived just before 9 am and by the end of first day the crew had carefully removed my sod by carefully cutting out strips followed by digging trenches and installing the pipes. The next day the crew again arrived bright and early to finish the work of installing the sprinkler heads, control unit and replacing the sod, compacting the soil as they did so that one cannot tell that lines were ever dug. They were done by 3pm. The crew was so professional and polite. They obviously take pride in their work. The system works smoothly and I no longer have to spend an entire day watching and moving a sprinkler to get through another dry summer like this one. I highly, HIGHLY, recommend this company!!

I contracted with this company in May to construct a 6 foot by 6 foot fish pond. I was given…read morepictures of possible pond designs. The price was reasonable. The pond construction was not started until Sept. 5th. The boulders/ stones were huge and took up much of the interior of the pond. When I requested that smaller stones be used, the owner unilaterally cancelled the construction project, replaced my original pre-formed pond into my yard, and removed all of the materials. He kept my $1,971.50 deposit although he breached the contract and much of the costs incurred resulted from his company purchasing and attempting to use boulders that were inappropriate for a small pond. I am very disappointed in the high handed manner in which this matter was handled. Better communication about the intended products and exact design are needed.
