Even more impressive was that he had just recently graduated from Med school. I had a previous surgery with a surgeon who really messed things up. It was a right ACL and it was so bad, I had to wear casts for several months and then another bad surgery. Sadly I went years with issues. After that horrible experience I gave up looking for a solution until a few years later. I talked to several sports Drs trying to figure out a solution but most said they just didn't know and didn't want to go in unless they were sure bc it wasn't good to keep going back in. I'm not knocking the other Dr.s I do understand their side. Plus they were having to try to fix something someone else screwed up so it's a challenge. In my 1st appointment, Dr Tressler told me what he thought it was but wouldn't know for sure until he went in. He did the surgery, made the repair and I finally got my life back! He could do no wrong after that. He has since repaired my left ACL too. I had a great recovery and excelled in my rehab. For this reason, I pay a lot in additional $$$ just to go to him bc my insurance company only has him in the general network. Since it has been longer than 3 months since my last treatment was charged $130 for an exam which I was unaware of but apparently had agreed to over the phone. I believed the exam was optional outside of the treatment since I was only wanting a dry needling and that I'd been a customer for years. Left that day believing I paid $80 on my credit card and was settled up. Received a bill saying I still owe money. Went in to clarify and was talk by front desk and was informed that I was charged $130. Front desk told me that I should've only been charged for my treatment but new people get charged $130 and told me to call billing. Called billing and left a voicemail, never responded and after several days received another bill saying I owe additional $80 for the treatment and was told what I paid the first day was for just an exam. Miscommunication, very rude billing person and ended up paying $170 total for a dry needling stand alone appointment. Will not be back. Go elsewhere for stand alone treatments.

I actually enjoyed my visit both times I went in preparation for the crown. It was really comfortable at the office and I felt right at home with everyone there. The explanations of what was transpiring while under their care were easy to understand and appreciated. The time taken to make sure I liked the color match of the crown was sincere and I felt I could reject the crown at any point if I wasn't satisfied. This helped me feel at ease. Dr.Hein is superior, friendly, and always has top notch equipment and his facility is always sparkling as if you were at the spa. His care for myself and entire family has always been kind and compassionate. My sister lives in Milwaukee and still agrees we'll never find another dentist like Dr.Hein. After working in dental you definitely see how many doctors treat their patients and staff, make a treatment plan, and how sincere they really are. I love this place and its staff. They treat you just the same as you were their own family member. I believe whole heartedly they saved my leg from the knee down. I received a bill for thousands of dollars after it was run thru my insurance. Their billing is done via a 3rd party. When I called to pay my bill, I specifically asked the lady if this was for both visits since the bill was so high and the paper I received was not itemized. She assured me this was the only bill I had. I paid it in full. Imagine my surprise today when I received 2 bills for apprx 700.00 more dollars for the doctors themselves. I was seen in January, and it is now July. So now I get 2 more random bills 5 months later? So I call and pay them today, and the lady at the billing center informs me I owe another 1000.00 bill for my second er visit. Ummm what? I have the receipt from the bill I paid that was nearly 3 grand. She tells me that's for one visit. And I'm unsure why the doctor bills I got today were 2 different amounts. Shouldn't it be the same to see the doctor? And why wasn't this included in first bill I got? My son also had a visit here a few months ago and I'm waiting on that bill too. When I asked the billing department what they are showing I will own on that bill, they couldn't tell me. Had I known how financially devastating even one visit would be, I would have never come a second time, nor would I have brought my son here. They have "no surprise billing", but when I add up my visits they don't even come close to what I was billed. You can get the price list on their website- FYI. As much as I appreciated the care I got here, I will stick with a traditional hospital if I ever need to be seen on an emergency basis. It's a lot less expensive, and I'm not sitting in billing limbo wondering what bills I'm going to get next from a visit months ago. I would think the 16 grand they billed my insurance would have covered both visits considering I didn't have anything crazy done. No stitches, no surgery, no open wounds. It just seems like an outrageous price to me. The lady in the billing department said she would email me a detailed document of my entire billing account. When she sent it to me, it was password protected so I couldn't view it. Something just seems really off with the billing amounts, so I definitely won't visit here again.
