At my last appointment a nurse apologized to me for Dr. Green's schedule running about 20 minutes behind. That kind of consideration alone is remarkable. At each appointment, he questions me about my vital signs, reviews my medications, asks if I have any unusual symptoms and explains carefully his recommendations for my diabetes management. Under his care I have reduced my pill intake by more than half, lost 28 pounds and learned new ways of eating. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Dr. Durant is warm, caring, patient, and funny. and goes above and beyond any other doctor I've been to. She's extremely thorough and when she sees something unusual she won't stop searching until she's found the answer. Whenever I see her, it doesn't feel like I'm seeing a doctor, it feels like I'm visiting a friend. I've got a complicated medical history, and she's always making sure I get the care I need. Sometimes I disagree with her suggestions, but when I voice my concerns she not only listens, she also does an amazing job explaining why what she's recommending is something she feels is necessary. She takes an extraordinary amount of time with her patients, and I never feel like she thinks I'm wasting her time when I keep her in the room longer than expected. I also love how accommodating she is. If my daughter has an appointment and there's something wrong with me when I take them, she's always willing to check out my issue after taking care of my kids. I love it because it saves me an extra trip and saves time. Dr. Durant is the best doctor I've ever had. If you're looking for a doctor, I'd definitely encourage you to go to her because I can't imagine anyone else who would be as thorough, caring, patient & devoted to her clients as she has been from the very 1st appointment I had with her and every visit since.

I can't say enough about the team at Bellin. Not once did I question my midwife, or feel as though she wasn't listening to me or mocking me. She was friendly, happy, considerate, great memory, and always great at making you smile. On top of it she's amazing at her job! She always had immediate answers, never a "I'll get back to you" situation. Every pregnant person I know I try to send to Bellin haha! If you're looking for a happy, compassionate, thoughtful, smart, and calming midwife I highly recommend Annemarie Schiereck. Thanks for making sure my baby was healthy from the beginning.

During our first appointment, we sat with her to discuss his whole health history and all my concerns. Every appointment thereafter, I felt like she really knew and understood him. The lab tests we've done were very comprehensive and she took the time to explain the results carefully. I better understand gut health (and it's importance!) because of her. She is very knowledgable about both natural and conventional supplements and medicine. I've never felt rushed or uncomfortable around her, like I have with other doctors. Every appointment, we've left with a clear treatment plan and next steps. I also saw her earlier this year when I was having some health issues of my own, mainly due to pandemic stress. Just as with my son, she took the time to know my health history and develop a treatment plan with supplements and lab tests. She is an expert on women's health, and I appreciated her insight on seed cycling and adrenal issues. As she transitions to mainly telehealth, I intend to continuing see her for my health needs. I wish she could be my primary health practioner because it's so difficult to find someone who really takes the time to understand the whole you.

I had a very frustrating experience with NEW Dermatology Associates of Green Bay…read more I'll start by saying the building itself is absolutely gorgeous--the exam rooms have beautiful barn wood from Tennessee that give it a lodge-like feel. Unfortunately, the care and billing practices did not match that first impression. Before I even spoke to a provider, the exam room was already set up with a biopsy kit, which felt very presumptive. A nurse came in, took photos, and asked a few basic questions. Then a young PA came in and immediately said a skin biopsy would be necessary to determine what was causing my rash. I agreed and was told to return in two weeks for suture removal and results. After driving an hour back for that follow-up, the nurse removed my sutures and told me the PA would be in shortly. The PA came in briefly--less than five minutes--and told me they still didn't have the biopsy results and would call me when they did. He asked how my rash was doing, I answered, and that was the entire visit. Later, I received a bill for over $150 for that appointment. When I called to question the charge, I was initially told that suture removal should have been included in the biopsy cost and that the charge would be removed. However, three months later, it was still submitted to my insurance and I was being billed again. When I followed up a second time, I was told by the manager that because I "spoke to the PA," it had to be billed as a follow-up visit. That is completely unreasonable--the provider initiated a brief conversation after informing me they didn't even have my results yet. It feels like patients are being billed for unnecessary or minimal interactions, and I find that extremely concerning. I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience.
