Everything had to be done through their app and their dedicated repair shops, or else it would be a hassle. The Geico repair shop did a mediocre job, and I could not call anyone with all my questions since I was always routed to a string of operators. I switched to State Farm because I heard of the quality of service they offer, and all for a reasonable price. When I spoke with a State Farm rep, Trevor (now my agent), I learned a lot about all the coverage my previous insurance lacked. No one ever broke down the basics of car insurance to me before, and Trevor explained everything clearly and in simple terms. He was also very honest, giving me a lot of pros/cons of why people would select certain types of coverage. I basically knew what I wanted after my accident, but he still took the time to give reasons to potentially select higher or lower coverages in different areas. I am happy I made the switch, and feel more at peace with my current coverage, and I also know I always have someone trustworthy to call if any incidents come up.

Bob's consistent communication throughout the loan process gave me the needed reassurance that all the myriad steps: disclosures, credit check, appraisal and other lender requirements were all taken care of in a timely and professional manner. His many years in the loan business--I think almost 25 years--definitely shows in the knowledge and skill in which he ushered my loan to closing, in a much shorter time than I expected it would it would take. I also have to give a positive shout-out to Bob's loan processor, Bonnie, whose upbeat personality made her a delight to work with as well. If you're thinking about doing a refinance or, for that matter, a home purchase, I highly recommend Bob as a trusted loan agent. Brian Fitzpatrick Livermore CA

Tony Uccelli, has guided our family with our medical insurance for as long as I can remember. Advising us as a small business owner, with our children when they were employed by us, then when not. Comparing plans and the best coverages as our lives have grown and changed and even with medicare and supplemental plans for my husband. Tony and Ashley will treat you like you are their most important client even when they aren't making any money from you. They have your best interest at heart, not their pockets. During what was the crazy start of "Covered California", Tony compared programs for us to choose, even though he didn't make money on one of them. I went with "Covered California" because, although not cheaper, the deductible was lower. When I had problems with that insurance company and the deductible, I called Tony's office for help to find me another insurance company so that I could please work with them again. Ashley, who is truly a saint, looked over my records, explained their was an error and would fix it for me. What? She doesn't ask questions, she fixes. She is so smart from doing this, that what would take hours, with me days, she can solve in minutes. Beyond that, she doesn't give up, she will fight for you and won't stop until there is an equitable solution. When it comes to changing insurance companies, Ashley told me, Tony will have to look at my doctors to see who has them in the plan and again give me choices which will be the best for me. I'm sure he'll offer those in which they may not make money on. Their service is so far beyond what anyone else does these days, that I'm just speechless. It was a lucky day, when I first met Tony, a luckier one when Ashley joined him. I recommend the Tony Uccelli Agency with 5 stars, if I could it would be 10 stars. Even if you don't know me, all you need to do is call them, talk to either of them, and you will be amazed with their knowledge and the recommendations they offer in handling your health insurance needs that best fit your family
