They're the worst. Absolutely pathetic customer service. It has been more than 4 months and I'm yet to receive my settlement. My car was totaled and it took them 2 months to go inspect the car and later asked me to pay for the storage charges (partially). Get a better insurance, it's worth paying the extra money. read more

This place has went from good to OK to bad in the last couple of years. They canceled my insurance because I was a couple of days late and when I wanted to get it going again, they told me it was gonna be a rate increase of $110 per month, so a total of $220 per month for three vehicles with only liability insurance when I asked why this was delayed. He told me there is an insurance crisis. Therefore customers have to make up for it. She also told me that progressive was no longer taking new clients, and that I would never have a chance with them on my own, I asked her if I gave her the down payment, which was around 500 bucks if I can get my money back if I found something cheaper, she said of course, immediately after I signed the agreements and pay the money I called progressive and started up a policy with them for a quarter of the price. The customer care agent at progressive told me that my driving record was good. Therefore, I got a sweet deal cheaper than the one I had with acceptance years prior to that, when I went back to cancel my insurance and get my money back, they would not give it to me. They were rude and told me I needed to pay $50 plus a $220 booking fee. I disputed this with my bank, the manager of acceptance would not respond to my emails requesting cancellation. She told me she never got the emails. She was extremely rude, I told her I am a single dad of seven children that I am on disability and I need that money. She did not care and refused to give me my money back or cancel my insurance. I called their one 800 number all week long, and never got to speak to a live agent, this is one of the worst places on the planet for customer service. They're only out to make a buck. If they rip you off in the process they do not care I highly recommend not coming to this place however, they used to be pretty good. They are located next to borrows deli a very good sandwich spot I even recommended customers for them in the past however, now they are cutthroat insurance broker agency that does everything half heartedly it's been close to a month I still have not received a penny back from them read more

I've been a policy holder with this company for a long time. Today I went in to add my second car. The gal we worked with was fine no problem. Then I hear the older lady in the back complaining about how every client she had today was very challenging. That was slightly annoying. Finally when we speak to what I assume is a a senior adjuster for our tags he has total attitude. Then when my husband steps out to get a credit card, I can actually hear him complaining about me and having to work. This guy made me so uncomfortable I would rather go wait at the dmv for hours to get my tags then inconvenience him for another second. The whole team in the back needs a class in customer service. I will be looking for a new insurance company ASAP! read more

Getting close to the end of the year it was time to start shopping for insurance. I stumbled upon a business card for Mike Tran. I gave him a call and went over my current auto insurance plan. This place is a rip off at best!!! My family and I went there after financing 2 new vehicles to get auto insurance and we left feeling like we got the best deal....Well NOT the case at all!!!! Accidents happen and it wasn't until one of the vehicles was in an accident that we found out we weren't covered. The sales person didn't give us comp and collision.... After finding this info out I've been trying to reach the manager to get this resolved and I always have to call him and hunt him down...clearly his staff is sick of me calling that they have become rude when I call....if he wad just call back and give me a solution I wouldn't have to call every week...This had been going on for several weeks now, I guess I need to get 7 on your side involved...
