I also had ongoing billing concerns. On more than one occasion, I was told I would not be charged for certain work, only to later find those charges on my invoice. Each time I contacted the billing department, the charges were removed without any dispute, which reinforced my concerns about the accuracy of the billing. I also questioned some of the work I was billed for. I was told a motion had been drafted, yet I didn't receive it despite multiple requests and only obtained it after I left the firm. Overall, I felt the fees were excessive for the level of service I received. Brian, We want to thank you and your staff's dedicated approach to the law and working with us…read more The other night at dinner we were talking, and we've realized that over the years we have favorably accustomed ourselves to your style of addressing issues. For many years, we have trusted you with legal challenges we have encountered in business. First, you listen to understand the issue. You then thoroughly explain where and if we went wrong and then explain how the law works. Your approach brings calmness to an otherwise stressful situation. And you always approach an issue with ease, assurance and comfort which translates to us a sense of calmness. Though we respect the professionalism of others...we have not seen or experienced your style and approach. An approach that both educates us and brings resolution! Thank you Brian.
