I still have pain in it can't use it to lift or cary heavy things . BUT here is PROBLEM NOW, While on disability they they did another surgery on my shoulder and it tore completely again. I have Been off workers comp after I relieved a settlement. So while collecting workers comp PONDLEHOCKY OVER PAYED ME $32,000 that i have to pay back now even tho it was not my fault. PONDLEHOCKY DID NOTHING to help with the over payment as they completely ignored it. I didn't notice this overpayment and no one contacted me from the law firm. Now I'm paying it back because AN EMPLOYEE OF PONDLEHOCKY DID NOT TURN IN PAPER WORK TO LOWER THE OVERPAYMENT. SO now PONDLEHOCKY is taking out $250.00 out of my SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILTY PAY every month for 13 years to pay it back, not even trying to help and take care of THE MISTAKE THEY MADE. The entire way through the process Michael would check on my health and wellbeing and actually continues to this day! Despite my case continuing for almost 3 years Michael never left me wondering what was going on continuously checking on me making sure my pain and numerous other issues where being addressed by excellent compassionate doctors and therapists. In the end we did come to a very fair settlement, though had I had the ability to keep fighting he would have been there all the way. I also have to mention how well he knows the workers compensation law and how well respected he is in the Montgomery County courts. Michael and his firm at truly on of a kind. One of those special people who not only have the ability to fight for the little guy also cares enough to give each and every fight his all.
