Sophie was great very personable, and honestly, she's the only reason I stayed as long as I did. Communication with her could've been a bit quicker at times, but overall, she was professional and pleasant to work with. Where things took a turn was with Attorney Matt's assistant, Katie. Her professionalism was lacking from the very first call. The phone call came out of nowhere, no proper introduction, and I honestly didn't even realize it was their office contacting me. For a legal office, that kind of first impression creates unnecessary confusion and doesn't instill confidence. Given that she is often the first point of contact, it left me feeling uneasy about the level of care and attention I would receive moving forward. I truly wish I could give a higher rating based on Sophie's efforts, but unfortunately, Katie's unprofessionalism was significant enough for me to feel that a 1-star review was warranted. First impressions matter especially when dealing with legal matters.

I have known John Roach, Esq. for a few years. He recently…read moreassisted my attorney with a complex personal injury case. I am honored to write this review and to recommend him. There were numerous depositions in my case that required careful handling. John did an excellent job and contributed much in handling these for my attorney when schedules conflicted. It was truly a balancing act to obtain facts from highly specialized professionals who are very clear on their specility, but did not always see or grasp the legal vs what is medically correct. In short, the legal is viewed through the lenses of the medical. John was absolutely excellent in staying on point when conducting these depositions. And when things strayed off, he brought them right back to Front and Center. With careful attention to detail, John was able to extract facts and opinions needed for the case. John's attention to detail is phenomenal. He was able to take on, often on short notice, depositions needed to prepare in case for trial. In my interaction with John, I was impressed by his calm demeanor and ability to ferret out succinctly exactly what was needed to move the case along. I was very happy he was on my team! My case had a good outcome which I certainly attributed to John Roach's ability to get the results and to move case along. I am highly appreciative of John Roach, Esq. and would not hesitate to recommend him. Sincerely, Karen Gabrielson

Darren Kessler was recommended to me by a well-respected San Francisco attourney, and I met with him to go over my case. At our first meeting I got the feeling that he was very professional and would represent me well. He gave me instructions to prepare me for court, went over all the details of the incident, and how he planned to approach the case. Over the course of the next few months Darren did a lot of research into which, if any, of my rights were violated during the arrest. He also met directly with the judge as well as communicating with the DA, and kept me informed about his progress. The presiding judge turned out to be a real hard-ass and wanted to lock me up. To make a long story short Darren was able to convince him to give me a chance for redemption. I was ordered to maintain employment, complete a drug rehab program, and attend weekly 12 step meetings. In the end I complied with all the court's requirements and my felony was reduced to a misdemeanor and I was put on 2 years court probation, no jail time. I know, undoubtedly, that this would not have been possible without Darren's determination and expert representation. I would highly recommend Darren Kessler to anyone with similar circumstances, you will not be dissapointed.
