He said he was going to order a CT scan of his sinuses and also allergy tests but to wait to schedule the allergy tests until after the CT results. We have been waiting for someone to call to schedule the CT and have not been contacted. I have contacted the office FIVE times for assistance and have still not been helped with this. The first time he called, the week after his appointment, he was told to wait for the imaging office to call him. He called to follow up a couple days later and left a message for the office but his call was not returned. The following week I tried to call, actually managed to speak to someone who informed me that a CT was never ordered and left a message for a nurse to call me but my call was not returned. I called again today, left a message for the nurse line ad my call has not been returned. I tried again this time pressing "2" for a call back and am still waiting. This is too bad because we both really did like Dr. Debnath and he very much seem like he was going to be able to help my son solve his issues but so far the experience with the office has been horrendous!

Am I seriously the first person to review Dr. Lehman on Yelp? Well, good ... because I think he…read moreand his staff are terrific so I'm happy to go first. I visited his office on Michigan St. recently (7/3/17) for issues with my vocal stamina as well as recurring headaches. When I arrived, I had come unprepared as I had left information they had requested at home. (Derp.) The wonderful lady at the front desk was very polite with me and made phone calls to gather the information. I can only imagine how annoying people like myself must be when they forget EVERYTHING, however, she never blinked and eye and I was back to see Dr. Lehman in no time. The nurse who assisted with Dr. Lehman was extremely nice as was the doctor. I felt like they both listened to my issues and asked detailed questions. I was also very impressed with the questions about my recurring headaches. I have spoken with two other doctors prior who brushed these weekly episodes off as allergies/sinus issues. Luckily, Dr. Lehman ordered a CT scan of the area the headaches keep affecting so we can see what is going on inside this head of mine. Someone took me seriously! Thank you! Seriously, thank YOU. As with the vocal issues, I was sent to see a vocal therapist in the building during the same appointment who did a scope and found my problem which is a polyp. Again, wow! One appointment and I know why my voice is strained. I love it! He even showed me a few techniques to utilize in order to help this issue as it heals. I have a couple of follow up appointments with Dr. Lehman and his staff in the coming months and I'm happy to go. Yes, HAPPY to go. I felt respected and validated with my concerns with the first visit. I wish all doctors treated their patients so well. I feel like one of the "lucky ones!"

After 3 (technically 2) visits, here we go: The practice…read moreitself (in this location) stands alone as its own building. A decent waiting area~ seemingly small in comparison to the number of patients waiting. The small fish tank full of little "nemos" is a nice touch. I've heard that there is a tv waiting area...good for keeping the young ones occupied while you're waiting to be seen. My first visit with Dr. Rabaja went well. I had about a 20 min wait to be called back, followed by another 10~15 min before somebody came to the exam room to speak with me. He and his assistant (nurse?), displayed very good bed side manners. Both listened to what I had to say on regards to my symptoms. More importantly, I felt like they asked sufficient questions about my symptoms, medical history, background and overall health and concerns. It seems that good notes were taken and the information was communicated among the appropriate staff. After all of that, Dr. Rabaja completed the initial examination. Next step was to the Florida Hospital for a diagnostic exam and then return for a follow up. The exit process was quick and easy. The staff knew what my copays were and had all of the necessary paper work ready. The second visit was just pay my remaining balance on my bill. Yes, I could have mailed it or payed over the phone but I was curious to see what it was like when it wasn't my turn to be seen. Things appeared to be about the same. The waiting area was about half full and the front desk staff was friendly. I was able to pay the bill quickly and be on my way (imagine that). Finally the 3rd stop in, the follow up visit to go over all of the findings. Today the waiting area was super crowded. I had waited an hour to be called back. I was ready to reschedule when I was told that I was next in line. Good thing the wait for Dr. Rabaja to come to the exam room was like than 5 min. Again, everything went smoothly--- good bed side manners. He explained all of the test results and answered all of my questions. The checkout lady was a little short today, she was helpful, but I could tell she was bothered...I think it was because it was her lunch time. No excuse for that but I'm a bit of a monster when the blood glucose level drops so I understand. I think my diagnoses is consistent with results from other medical professionals. Overall I had a good experience here and would come back again to see Dr. Rabaja.

Despite being fully prepared to pay out of pocket, I was informed that the doctor does not see patients without insurance. Policies like this feel unnecessarily restrictive and out of touch, especially in a setting where patient care should come first. While the front desk was courteous, the overall impression is that accessibility is limited unless you fit very specific criteria.I value professionalism, flexibility, and respect for patients' time and needs and unfortunately, this clinic did not reflect that.

When we called on 2/16/26 for an appointment, we were told no physicians were available until March, despite this being a multi-provider practice. The only option offered was a visit with a Physician Assistant, which we scheduled. We have consistently expressed that we do not wish to undergo nasal endoscopy. This was never required or performed during prior visits with the ENT physician, and our condition and symptoms were unchanged. Despite this, the PA refused to provide any treatment unless a nasal scope was performed and did not escalate the situation to a supervising physician, manager, or offer alternatives. The following day, we visited our primary care physician, who reviewed our ENT records, performed an exam, and prescribed the appropriate medication without issue. Unfortunately, this experience felt driven by protocol and billing rather than patient-centered care. Being required to undergo additional procedures that were previously deemed unnecessary raises concerns, especially when continuity of care is not maintained. We would not recommend any practice that does not listen to patients or respect established treatment plans.

Hold up the doctors day by putting patients ahead of others "as favors ". They will take personal calls in front of you as well . But the main problem here is billing . I was given a surprise bill without knowledge or without any terms or explanations why . Not only that , they submitted the bill twice to insurance two days apart. So my bill that was 918, with the unexpected bill on top it became 1200, times two because my spouse got one as well ... which means due to this surprise and this practice not doing their due diligence in explaining their billing practices , we were not able to afford groceries for the month When I called to discuss , first off , everyone passed the buck to another department , and it took a whole month to get back to us to tell us that "there's a verbal agreement " tough . Let that sink in .. a verbal agreement in healthcare .. forced treatment and forced payment , especially in a an age of inflation where people are trying to get by. Want further proof ? If you check other sites and other reviews you can see billing issues have been a consistent theme at this practice It's a shame , Dr Spector is an excellent doctor who should not be attached to these types of practices but he is so , we are taking the family somewhere else for ent/ allergy that's more honest in their practices
