You will never get internet speed near what you pay for, they will be in your home multiple times a year to "fix" things and when you need them they will not be out in a reasonable amount of time. They will respond to a negative review quickly, but have no interest in resolving your problems. They have excuses for everything and no business working in our area. They were incredibly polite and made sure I was 100% happy with everything. They showed me the placement of where the TV was going to sit first, which I was really appreciative of. They also helped me turn on the TV and get it completely set up. I was really thankful because now I can instantly watch my TV and don't have to worry about anything- they did it all for me. I purchased the TV through Amazon so the install process was through them, but I think the subcontract the Dish network people. They were also timely and wore little booties! It was the best install experience!
