This clinic feels overbooked, operating on a "turn and burn" model where patients are rushed through to maximize volume. The lobby is tiny, and the walls are paper-thin. You can hear every gasp of pain from the other rooms, which is unsettling.My appointments consistently started 10-15 minutes late. While my first session included acupuncture, subsequent visits were mostly just heat packs with minimal hands-on work. During my third visit, the practitioner applied forceful pressure to my ankle tendons despite my vocalizing pain. This triggered a migraine. I left feeling worse than when I arrived; two days later, my ankle feels bruised and sprained. The takeaway from this clinic seems to be "use heat packs and drink ginger powder." If you want actual individualized care rather than a rushed, one-size-fits-all heat treatment, look elsewhere. Left with bruising and more pain then what i came in with.

They even send you a text to remind you. This is my first acupuncture experience so there is some uncertainty on my first visit. The office is very clean, the atmosphere was calm and professional. Dr. Wu took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the acupuncture process, making me feel completely at ease. The treatment itself was fantastic--I felt relaxed during the sessions which lasted about an hour and noticed significant improvement after a couple sessions. First of all, the cupping all reviewers are mentioning about is very basic where you can easily buy from Amazon and it is the air cupping. He didn't clean the cupping even before he used it on me. During the cupping, some were loose and he didn't even bother to re-do it and tie them up. You can tell from how he did it that he is so amateur. The one cupping he used with the machine is toy-like. Again, he didn't sanitize or clean it at all. After the cupping, I felt no difference at all. Besides that, he used some "energy water" he said he created himself to help blood circulation. That almost made me laugh in front of his face. There's no hygiene in his little office at all. He used the same cloth that cleans your feet to clean your ear. What the heck is that? The worst experience with this guy is he tried to brain wash people during the entire "treatment". He tried to adjust his voice high and low almost like a little clown to make you feel better, however during the half an hour session he literally did nothing! He used the toy cupping for probably 5-10 minutes, he used his "home-made energy water" to clean my feet and ears for 5-10 minutes and then he told me how to breathe so that i have better sleep for another 5-10 minutes. They were so accommodating and told me I could come in within 30 minutes even though they were booked. First appointment only costs $85 and they do accept certain insurances. Gave me a massage with an icy hot type of cream, then proceeded with the adjustment. Definitely got some relief and will need to come back for more visits. Thank you so much again!
