When I started PT in January for my a broken left distal fibula (post-surgery) and torn ligaments in my right foot, I couldn't walk. I was mostly in a wheelchair and just barely starting with a knee scooter. Within three weeks I was able to walk in with a walker. We eventually had to add my left shoulder back into the mix because I reinjured it getting out of the wheelchair. Cut to now, not only can I walk, but I can jog and move my shoulder mostly without pain (which means I can sleep again!). I cried the other day after a workout because I was just so thrilled to be able to get back to exercising. This place doesn't treat you like a patient file, you're a person to them, they listen and accommodate and push you and they are the best kind of people. A big thank you to the entire staff that worked with me and helped me walk again, Emmitt, Paige, Myke, Fawn, Mena, Ava, Gabi, Amy, Rohit, JJesus, Diana, Sam, Rico, Gigi, and to the lovely ladies at the front, Anne Marie, Susan, and Norma. I owe you so much. =)

After having surgery to repair a broken ankle, my Doctor/Surgeon strongly recommended PT and…read moreprovided a list of PT offices she recommends. When I saw Premier Rehab (Davis Blvd, NRH) I knew immediately where I would be going. 10 years prior I had a broken wrist and this is where I went for PT; knowing the exceptional work they do I returned for PT on my ankle. Katelyn Ross was my primary therapist and throughout the entire process of healing my ankle, I felt very confident I was getting the absolute best care and treatment. Katelyn is kind, friendly, superb at multitasking and always had a smile on her face but most importantly she takes the time to understand your current situation and what your long term goals are and works vigorously to get you there. Although some of the PT was strenuous Katelyn coached me through the pain and in the end I am able to walk with confidence, return to my normal routines and enjoy my favorite activities, knowing my ankle and all the "parts" around it has healed and is functioning properly. The entire staff at NRH Premier Rehab PT are so friendly, welcoming and you know everyone there enjoys what they do and takes their responsibilities seriously. This location is a pleasure to come to and with additions in progress, will be bigger, have more state of the art equipment - making this, in my opinion, the best place for PT in the area. I can without hesitation give Premier Rehab on Davis Blvd in North Richland Hills, Texas, 5 Stars - As good as it Gets!!

Dr. Gills assistant was kind enough to work on the shoulder until I was pain free. I've been to other Chiropractors before but the results from the others don't even come close to achieving freedom from chronic pain. Since then, I've researched it, referred others there, and have even been there myself. I love their process and how they treat their patients. After the first visit, each visit (I had four total) was relatively on time, and got a lot done. The first 30mins are spent with Dr. Clark where he determines the muscles that are causing your issues (or follows up on your progress from your last visit), then actually massages/manipulated areas that need help. Then the last 30mins are spent with a sports medicine therapist (?) that will give you stretches and strengthening exercises to compliment your treatment and help with your issues. Dr. Clark is very friendly and personable, and intent on helping you feel better. The therapists have been okay (removing a star), some are more personable than others. Office staff are nice too, and when you call the number, it connects you to a call center (or generic operator) that schedules appointments or answers questions for any of their offices across the US.

Ten minutes into my second visit my mind was literally blown at the depth and flexibility I had in my shoulders as well as in my hips and knees (i.e. - the pigeon pose). I literally went in to work the next day and was demoing the results in my office. Yes that's right I was flopping down on the floor in pigeon pose in front of my colleagues desks just to show the amazing results! If you are dealing with any pain in any area I would HIGHLY recommend you go to AIRROSTI! If this location is too far go to their site. They have locations throughout the metroplex.
