Mark very patiently pulled out a ton of textile options for us to choose from and guided us to a good choice. The finished product looks amazing. The new cushion upholstery is excellent, super high quality, and they spruced up the wood base with conditioner, too. And the price was spot on. We're planning to bring them more stuff in the future to work their magic on.

We stumbled upon the business on a weekend getaway to the area, and were immediately impressed with the showroom area (as well as the workroom) and how efficiently everything seemed to be laid out. We saw a prototype of a pillow with a fabric that we absolutely loved, so we placed an order that same day. The turnaround time for receipt of product was very quick, and when our pillows arrived, we were completely impressed with the quality of the work - from the layout and centering of the main graphic image, to the very nice piping/edging around the border which really elevates the pillows from those most commonly available on various internet websites. While we were in the showroom we saw some examples of the quality of workmanship in some of the finished upholstered items and felt assured we would be receiving a high-end, quality product, and we were not disappointed. We heartily recommend Sullivan Mercantile for any of your future fabric and/or upholstery needs, and we're looking forward to working with them again in the very near future.
