What is important here is that a system where you pay beforehand and you get there in time - you find out their barber isn't coming for another 15 minutes and they text you in a language that isn't yours. How can you conduct a business like this? As you saw, I wrote back in Spanish, to refund my money and tell the owner of this merchant to give me a call back so we can talk about this over English and hash it out.
