We made reservations for a single night. The manager's name is Trisha... very nice. polite and down to earth. She recommended the Fuel Grill just down the street for dinner (great place by the way). We were given room #18... nothing much: queen size bed, TV (not cable), a desk chair, mini fridge, microwave and a air-conditioned unit that worked great. Oh and our own personal fly swatter Unfortunately, I left my travel bag there hanging behind the bathroom door. I didn't realize it until we hit South Dakota. I called and Trisha went to retrieve it from the room... she has since held onto it until I return to California and figure out a way to get it mailed back to me. Trisha makes great coffee. If you're a trucker, you can park your rig at the Pump & Pantry and make the small walk over. Easy as pie. Since our company was paying for the room, I can't complain about the 64$ price tag but I will say that it is far too much for the room we were eventually given. We were first given the keys to room #17 and when we walked in, the bed was unmade and it was filthy. Someone else was already using the room. We walked back in and exchanged the keys for a new room. It was simple and the manager apologized. We get moved into room #15 and the first thing we noticed was how small the room is. Two people will be decently comfortable but anything more than that, and you're gonna be bumping elbows and knees. There is a small flat-screen television available that had a horrible picture, a mini-fridge and a microwave. The room was not equipped with a coffee maker, a desk, hair-dryer, conditioner, extra pillows, or black-out curtains. The bed was very uncomfortable, but the wall-unit air conditioner kept the room ice cold so no complaints there. The bathroom was decently clean, if you don't mind dead bugs on the floor and the water pressure left a lot to be desired. There was no conditioner provided, only two shampoo packets. The towels were small and cheap and we were only provided two and some mismatched washcloths. WIFI was pretty good. That's about the only redeeming quality that I can find about this place. There is a convenience store, a Pizza Hut and a small cafe across the street as far as food options go. Sorry, but can't recommend.
