I took it back 4 days later and was told we won't take it back and to drive another 30 minutes to another store where they took it back. That's only the beginning I started getting charged 55.00 A month for 2 months on credit card.I called and they said they would take care of it. I called again two weeks later and they said it would be taken care of I called again and sorry.it would be taken care of and today I get a collections notice for 110.00 pm I called again and asked to speak to manage and got no satisfaction. I just filed a complaint with the Attorney General Office to have this removed from my credit report. I will never go near a t Mobile office again.

So my fiancé and I back in April went to sprint and got on a plan with 3 iPhone 7s for around 150$…read morea month. Not bad at all! But then my step daughters phone just stops working it says no service but she cracked the screen so I wasn't going to get her a new one wasn't really worried about it! Well then about a week ago my fiancé's phone started doing the same exact thing and his phone has a $50 case on it that he bought from Sprint! There is no physical damage done to his what so ever and not even a scratch or a Nick nothing!!!!!! By his phone does not work so we call sprint customer service and the first person we talk to says "oh you have to go to Best Buy and buy a Sim card and see if that works"! So I don't know we are not going to buy anything because you did not do this this is an internal problem to fix it so then we talk to another woman who tells us all we have to do is go into sprint the phone needs a new internal modem so they'll either give me a new phone or fix yours so that's what we do he just calls me and tells me that Sprint is refusing to fix his phone or give him a new one which is just crazy to me so everyone is this fair? This is an internal problem I have done no physical damage to it and the customer service representative told us that they would fix it or replace it because it is their fault basically so then we going to the store they're rude as can be and tell us no they will not replace it I am furious I would really appreciate it if someone from corporate would contact me because I'm not paying $700 for a cell phone that is broken on the inside because it's a refurbished phone to begin with so they did not do their job when they tried to fix it the first time they're trying to take my money the day I paid my $175 phone bill was the day my fiancé's phone stopped working so I'm paying $175 for three phones two of which cannot be used because they both need new internal modems one has no visible damage done to it and no harm has ever came to this phone but Sprint is not on a rainy day or side of the deal so once again I would gladly appreciate someone from corporate to contact me because if you unacceptable it's bad business and it makes me want to sprint back to Verizon!!!!
