They have lots of restaurant supplies. The staff is aloof but nice when engaged. The prices aren't bad.

I wish I could give it one star,but I can't. I come from a bigger city where we have multiple options to choose from when shopping at a restaurant supply company. I came in and I completely understand it was almost last minute,(30 minutes till close),But the customer service was horrible and I stress completely horrible. I'm sorry but I work 10 hours a day,and I run a business but I personally don't like to see my employee sitting down when a customer has multiple questions. When I ask a question on a specific item I don't expect for an employee to get up from her chair, looked annoyed , make a grunting noise, and get up to say " what? And or I'm sorry we don't have it ! Very nice variety of supplies at very decent prices...Some even cheaper than Walmart!

Having been in the restaurant business for almost 36 years I have dealt with hundreds of vendors and suppliers over the years. I love Jean's for a few reasons but my number one is their service. Staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. What a find for someone who prides and preaches customer service on a daily basis. Keep up the great work folks, I'll be a loyal customer for as long as I remain in Corpus which I hope turns out to be a long time. read more

I was in need of a pitcher for iced tea that had to be no higher than 9 inches and hold at least 3 quarts of liquid. I tried looking everywhere, even on-line, then I thought of Jean's Restaurant Supply. Was I glad I did. Even though they did not have the pitcher in the dimensions that I needed the gentleman that worked there was able to help me "build" one using a plastic storage container and a spout. If anyone needs something out of the ordinary I highly suggest they give Jean's a try. If they do not have it they will do their best to suggest an alternative, or they will recommend some other place that may be able to accommodate you. In closing the employees that work there are courteous and honest. The store itself is clean and very well organized! read more

I have to say that I received a price quote promptly, and it was the lowest of the local competitors. I purchased a commercial refrigerator by True. It was in stock, and delivered the very next day. I'm impressed! read more
