I was desperately hoping for some sort of connection or message or anything from recently passed loved ones. She did not have much to offer and gave me little meaningless snippets. We scheduled our appointments with the psychic for 6 pm. There were a few groups ahead of ours but she was in the process of reading someone and there weren't that many people in the other two groups. I was the first one to get a reading in our group at 8 pm. I so badly wanted to leave earlier but my sister in law was treating me for my birthday. A two hour wait is absolutely ridiculous. Finally our turn was up and my group told me to go first since it was my birthday. We were at the bar that she sometimes reads at. She guessed I was 21. I told her I was 28 and she claimed she was just joking. She told me that her readings are only $15 and if anyone charges a lot, they are not the real deal. I have to say, $15 is pretty reasonable. She then told me the predictions were good for up to 5 years and if anything seemed off the wall, that would happen soon. She had me sign my name on a piece of paper where the previous groups had also signed. I decided to sign my maiden name since I share a last name with my sister in law. I've had several readings but never had anyone read the cards the way Jeanann did. She went through the entire deck very quickly and said a lot in a very short period of time. It felt as if she was just saying the first thing that came to her mind. I wasn't wearing my wedding rings, so it wouldn't influence the flow of the reading. The add at Dominic's says, reservations preferred, so I called in Jan. Was told you will be first at 5:00pm. 2/13.i got a text from her, she's off, I rebooked, 2/20 . I was told again, your first on the list, I get a confirmation from her and a thank you. I moved my other engagements around to accommodate this, arrive 15 min early and am told, your not on the list. Then they see my name, on 2/13. I was told, sorry, you will be put at top. Do you want to order food? I said ok but only if she agreed to take me next, I'm not staying here 3 hours.Assured, she was advised what happened and I was next, I ordered dinner and a sandwich for my dog. She then called 3rd person, I jumped up, n said, did they explain what happened? The waitress said she spoke with you and I was next? Her response "that's not how it works " Then why make an appointment with you? Why did you text me and confirm? I made it clear I did not want to order the $50 meal if I was not next..I felt taken. Food was good but that's not why I was going out, would just have left and went home. Her response, should have been an apology, it was a mix up, she is nasty.
