The deal was super smooth and Cheryl is very professional. The house I was selling is cheap (sub 150K), so the sales commission was not that huge, but even though Cheryl handled this case great. Yes, she is super busy with very large amount of customers and sometimes cannot respond immediately. But if your goal is to save on commission (1% vs 3%), I would say this is simply no-brainer. Traditional real estate schemes are dying nowadays. I don't see any reason spending 3% on listing agent's commission if you can successfully sell at 1% commission with Eagle Realty. Highly recommended!
