I contacted them to request to schedule to add an additional shelf and bar to match what they've done and the person who answered scoffed at me on the phone and said maybe they'd call back if they could fit me in somewhere. They never called back. Then I sent several follow-up emails thinking they forgot or got busy. No response. Absolutely crap customer service. I do not recommend contacting them at all. Go with someone else who will appreciate your business.
