They have all been friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist me. They have an ever changing selection of fabric and notions at expected retail prices for quality quilting supplies and fabric. They have an onsite repair person who does excellent work. They likewise have a great showroom of quality sewing cabinets and sewing machines. They have a great selection of classes as well as open sewing classes for you to learn and get to know local quilters. They even have a fun sewing retreat several times a year. I was hoping that someone at the Quilt Shop could possibly help me repair it (a six inch seam is all) or let me use one of the floor demo machines to sew it. When I asked I was told NO it's against store policy. Needless to say I was horribly disappointed. The clerk said at least I knew my Nephew loved the pillow for the handle to come off.
