Beware!! Do not buy from this lot. Hes a complete scam artist and he's been doing it for a while. I'm currently working with our local news station to do a story on our situation. We purchased a vehicle online and they did a "switch and bait" and we're working with the DOJ and DMV to get our money back. The vehicle he shipped needs a $8,000 transmission and they knew that before they shipped it. Stay away from Dan Nassif at JD Auto! I will not stop until I see justice for this!!

She got excited. We looked up some on carguru and Platt came up in our search. Their place was few miles down the road so we went down thinking we'd be turned away. Peter was more than happy to accommodate. He let us test drive a couple different models including a Bolt. It really opened our eyes to these vehicles. He talked with us after the test drives and was happy to answer questions, give advice and info on all types of EV's (this was after close mind you). We weren't quite ready to purchase a car yet so we left. Peter's non-pushy attitude and kindness stuck with us. About two months later we decided to pull the trigger. I couldn't think of any other place to look for an EV. We had a list of options we wanted and Peter accommodated us and pulled a bunch of cars from their list. We test drove a couple AWD Nissan Aryia Engage+ e-4orce and really liked them. We went ahead and purchased one. It was a lease return with 15k miles. The EV was in great condition and the price was right. They were generous with our trade in and all the paperwork was very swift. I think we were out of there in under 2 hours. We highly recommend Platt Auto if interested in an used EV. You wont be sorry. They have a lot of different models to choose from.

Today I purchased my second Subaru at Lithia in Oregon City. I cannot give enough stars to equal…read morehow WONDERFUL Lithia has been to me!! Last year I purchased a beautiful blue brand new Forester Premium. I LOVED that car! But my life had changed and I no longer needed such a big car - so I had been researching new cars to buy. The issue is that NONE of the other cars that I looked at with the attributes I wanted, offered AWD, or all the amenities that my Forester had and which, Subaru includes just as a general rule on all their cars! I wanted the heated seats and moonroof, the power driver seat with the lumbar support and definitely the AWD - but more than that I wanted the X-mode which ONLY Subaru has. Also all the other cars I looked at had TEENY TINY screens!! So I looked at the Crosstrek in the Subaru lineup. And on Christmas eve I noticed that Lithia had a GORGEOUS burnt orange Crosstrek with alllll the bells and whistles, ON SALE!! So I went over there to check it out. When I walked on the lot, the nicest fellow, Christian, greeted me with the biggest most welcoming smile and asked what I was looking for. We chatted and he said he would go and bring the Crosstrek over for me to look at. I went inside to wait - and I was offered something to drink, but I wasnt really thirsty - but I thought it was such a nice touch :) He brought it around and it was EXACTLY what I was looking for.. with all the amenities I wanted AND it was smaller than the Forester AND it was within my price range!! So... we chatted... and I really enjoyed our chat! Christian is one of those fellows who is just naturally bubbly and upbeat and positive and fun to chat with. And we were able to come to a REALLY good deal!! (I had obtained preapproval from my bank, Onpoint, for half the cost I was looking at spending -at 5.9% and I thought that was a good deal - Christian was able to get me ZERO.... Yup you read that right ZEROOOOO percent interest rate!!!!!!! so of course I had to go with Lithia!) Not only did I get that fantastic interest rate, but because of the money I saved on the interest rate, I was able to purchase absolutely FANTASTIC add ons - like lifetime oil changes for FREE, and a Fixit plan for less than my insurance costs... for as long as I own the car!! And for not very much more, a FULL Eight Years - 80K Miles warranty!!!! I mean... WHO gives that kind of add on???????? No dealership IVE ever dealt with - and Ive been buying cars for a LONG time!! All in all, from walking into the dealership - to walking out, being the proud owner of the new Crosstrek, took .... maybe 2 and half hours? Although it flew by, because of the wonderful conversation Christian and I were having (did I mention what a REALLY nice and friendly fellow he is???). BUT... theres more!! I had obtained an offer from Carmax for the Forester (I wanted to sell the Forester outright because I wanted to finance part of the Crosstrek and put a downpayment down so it would improve my credit) and Christian said that Lithia buys used cars!! So today I went in and chatted with such a nice fellow, Devon, who took my Forester for a test drive and checked it out and HE MATCHED my offer from Carmax!!!!! About 30 minutes later... I had signed all the paperwork selling the Forester to Lithia, and I had a cheque in my hand for it!! You know when someone says 'easy peasy' - well THATS what everything has been since the moment I walked onto the Lithia lot day before yesterday. Everyone I have met has been SOOOO nice and SOOOO caring and wonderful! And everything that I have been offered in this transaction has been ABOVE and BEYOND!! All in all both my encounters with Lithia have been wonderful, however this recent one has been STELLAR - absolutely hands down THE best interaction I have EVER had with a dealership!! If youre looking for a new car... check out the Subarus... their line up is really a cut above all the rest - and once you drive a Subaru you will be hard pressed to drive anything else!!

We financed a used Subaru from Lithia of Oregon City two years ago and decided to upgrade to a new…read moremodel this year. I also sold an older Chevy car to them in between the two Subarus. And every interaction was excellent. Especially the last two interactions, with a man who has been working there for five years named Nygel. Nygel is amazing! He is the reason why we will continue to return to this place. He doesn't act at all like this stereotypical car dealer, he's just an easy-going guy who's easy to talk to and is very patient with answering questions. I think Lithia is lucky to have Nygel there. He was polite, very knowledgeable, and not pushy. I was seen right away, for both of my recent appointments...no wait time at all. And was treated very respectfully by everyone there. It is true that their oil service had been a little slow the last two years... But I believe they are working on improving that. Anyways, I highly recommend buying a car from them or selling a used car to them. And I especially recommend Nygel! Both my husband and I thought he was a great person to work with during the whole process of buying a brand new car (which we had never done before, actually. We had Always bought used cars). Thank you, Lithia. Hire more Nygels! :-)

I honestly don't think these guys deserve the level of criticism they get. My situation wasn't…read moresimple, and they worked with me every step of the way. I came in looking for a Toyota that I could ship to Hawaiʻi for my vacation home -- and anyone who knows Hawaiʻi inspections understands how strict they are. This was not an easy order. Lot 99 went above and beyond. They let me inspect every vehicle inside and out, and they never rushed me. Yes, a few vehicles didn't pass my personal inspection checklist -- but that's because Hawaiʻi's requirements are extremely strict. Every Toyota I looked at would have passed Oregon's standards without an issue. They let me keep looking until I found one that I knew would pass in Hawaiʻi, and this took days. They didn't complain once. In fact, they made the whole process enjoyable by joking around and keeping things light. Here are the inspection points I had to meet for Hawaiʻi: No sharp edges or cosmetic damage that could fail safety. No flaking rust on frame joints -- a tough requirement in rainy Oregon, where even well‑maintained 15‑year‑old vehicles show some surface rust. When I was using my inspection snake camera, they came out and offered their lift to make the job easier. That turned a 30‑minute job into 10. Because they were doing maintenance (battery swaps, etc.), some vehicles had cleared diagnostic monitors. They let me test‑drive the truck long enough for all readiness monitors to reset. I hooked up my OBD‑II scanner, confirmed no codes, and even verified it passed an emissions test -- which Hawaiʻi requires. Final results: Underbody: Pass Rust: Pass Engine & diagnostics: Pass Road test: Pass (just needs an alignment -- no big deal, I'll do that in Hawaiʻi) Bumper replaced and painted -- Pass (I requested and paid for this) Carfax/ownership/accident history -- Pass (minor incident, fully documented) VinCheck -- Pass Clear title -- they emailed me a copy immediately when I asked Bonus: They even helped coordinate transport to the port for shipping to Hawaiʻi. They're still assisting me with timing and logistics. If you're buying a used car, bring the right tools and do your due diligence -- that's just part of the process. But from my experience, Lot 99 treated me fairly, worked hard to help me, and made a very difficult task much easier. I appreciate everything they did.

Liars, cheats and thieves. I bought a 1981 Jeep Scrambler form these people. Unfortunately, I…read morebought sight un-seen and did not look at their reviews first! I should have been suspicious when they Graciously offered to ship to my home in Allyn, WA. for free. I now know that is because the jeep would not have made the 200 mile trip. It was described as ... Needs nothing, runs great... I specifically asked if any past rust issues and was assured by ROB, that there were none. the bottom of the jeep looked like swiss cheese! Bottom line is... the jeep dies every block or so. Leaks every fluid like a lawn sprinkler. Alternator does not work. Heater does not work. I could go on, but PLEASE... avoid these con artists like the PLAGUE! I just sold the Scrambler at a loss, just to get rid of it!
