There are at least 5 other reputable…read moreagencies that will give you a better service and less attitude. i booked my service at 10:50 in the morning (only agency that ask you to pay before you even be able to establish any point of contact, 1st time happened to me in 6 years I book naked cleaners), i paid the fee and from that moment I did hear anything from them. No confirmation Email, no text back no nothing. There was a whatsapp number which I used and although I was seen they were online on and off no one cared to reply to me. after a feW hours I finally asked if they actually were going to let me know something at some point.. nothing. at 6PM a super rude "lady" named Holly sent me a very disgusting message saying that i shouldn't have asked and need not to be so anxious. I wasn't sure if I had to laugh as that sounded like a joke to me.. at the End I just instructed her to do a refund which they didn't and I needed to have whatsapp stepping in to get my momey back. Also very expensive compared to competition.
