The lack of attention to detail and pride in their work is unacceptable, especially for the price. They came out twice after I pointed out problems, yet none of the areas were addressed. The photos I've posted show just some of what I was left with: -dirt and grime still in the grout of tile floors -some of the floors don't even look like they've been swept (or mopped) -sink still looked kind of dirty -filthy light switches -cabinets still dirty on the outside These are details I expected to be covered with a move-in service, especially given the cost. I'm not entirely sure if they have a certain list of things they have to go by to clean but I felt like these were all basic, obvious tasks for a move-in clean, especially when the house is completely empty. I appreciate that they did come back after my first call, but the same issues were still there. For the price, I was hoping for a more thorough job. Hopefully they take this feedback into consideration for future clients.

Immediately following the service, we identified damage to multiple pieces of furniture across several rooms. We documented the condition promptly and notified the company. The owner, Bowie van Ling, conducted an in-person inspection on March 16. During that visit and in subsequent communications, we requested that the matter be addressed through the company's stated liability insurance coverage, consistent with representations on its website. Despite multiple follow-ups, we have not been provided with a certificate of insurance or a clear path to pursue a claim. Additionally, we received an invoice for the March 11 service weeks later that was marked "past due" with a due date that had already passed prior to issuance, raising concerns about billing practices. We made repeated good-faith efforts to resolve this matter directly. As of today, it remains unresolved. While the company represents that it is bonded and insured and takes accountability seriously, our experience did not reflect those assurances. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this company. We have also submitted a complaint to the North Carolina Attorney General after attempts to resolve this directly were unsuccessful.
